I have been stuck in a chat with “support” since November 25th. I get no response whatsoever to dispatch, or even their incredibly useless “AI” the generally ties you up trying to get issues resolved. So essentially I accept and deliver loads for this company and have been completely black listed and unable to talk to anyone in regards to clearing loads that stay “frozen” or n me after delivering or any support in general. I have no way g contacting anyone from this company at all since November 25th. I’ve asked for help to get it resolved and all I’ve been told is, don’t feel bad there’s like 10 other people having the same issue. Please update and fix your app. As an owner operator. I am begging you

The new update was not thought through, tell us to update our BOL at loading facility but no way to enter information, now you have to drive 5 miles away to update so you got drivers parked on the side of county roads endangering themselves as well as the public, got drivers trying to enter the information while driving so they can get the next load as this updates new process cuts into our HOS, not thought through at all really risking driver and public safety now,

Truly EASY to use app. Tells you exactly what you need to know. Wait times and estimated times to me is crucial and helps alot. Real time directions are a plus as well. The how to videos showed me exactly what i was looking for when i was going through the app. 5 stars!
