Life Fasting Tracker

This app has a really nice design and timer with multiple types of fast timers you can utilize. I wish the app had a day/night mode in the settings to make the background black. I love that it shows you details on what your body is going through while on your fasting journey, I wish it was a bit more on the level of information as the Zero paid version. I ended up paying for the app just to get rid of pop-ups, other than that I don’t see much difference in the paid version in terms of bang for your buck.

This app is very easy to use and gives you just what you need to keep tract of your fasts.

I’ve tried many fasting apps and this is the first one I’ve kept using because of its straightforward interface. It also tells you what zone you’re in which is another main thing I want in a fasting app. I do wish that it was possible to toggle between time elapsed and time left in a fast. Also, would be nice to add the ability to add body measurements.
