Should allow search by categories as users may not have subscription across all categories. It is so difficult to search for trainings in a category we have access to.

This app collects information from SingPass and then proceed to ask for more information. Then cannot login because already have an existing email registered. Eventually, this app said go to their enterprise vision. For people already have an account or received email before, don’t waste time here. Go to their enterprise app. I have yet to try their enterprise app but a very frustrating experience using this app and wasted efforts. I tried their enterprise app. No cannot. I give this a negative 5 Stars! Even my review does not appear.

1. You will not be able to view the app that you have purchased. The course will only appear ON THE DAY of your course. 2. There is NO tutorial anywhere online on how to use the app or how it will be like to start the elearning in the app. 3. Email notifications will on appear 1 day before the start of your course, but it’s only at 5pm. (Good luck if you don’t receive the email and your course is on a Monday morning.) 4. Customer service is not that great as usual. Impatient. ( of course they will be impatient, imagine dealing with everyone with the same questions above.)
