LERA MLS Mobile

Absolutely terrible interface to search properties on the go. This is a website, not a phone app on the go. I need efficient on-the-go location service to identify properties. Continually freezing up, constant errors, and absolutely embarrassing. If you want to look like a useless realtor, use LERA. The previous MLS Connect was 1000% more effective. Thank you for making our job 1000% times harder. Icing on the top, you increase our dues for the faulty “app”.

As a real estate professional, I need an app that is fast, intuitive, and practical. Unfortunately, the LERA MLS app feels the exact opposite. The biggest issue is the interface: it is not simple to use. Instead of a streamlined mobile experience, the screen is overwhelmed with too many buttons and menus. This makes it very difficult to navigate efficiently from a smartphone while out in the field. It feels like they tried to fit a desktop website into a small screen without considering practicality. Finding basic information or managing listings requires too many clicks, and the cluttered layout is distracting. The UI is frustrating, overcrowded, and lacks the simplicity needed for modern mobile work. I hope the developers consider a cleaner, more simplified design in future updates.

The app is a solid resource for agents needing quick access to listings, client information, and MLS data on the go. The interface is clean, and the integration with the connectMLS platform makes managing listings and searches seamless. The real-time updates ensure that agents are always working with the most accurate property details, which is crucial in today’s fast-moving market. However, adding more agent-focused features would make the app even more valuable. Tools like push notifications for client activity, an improved in-app messaging system, and better search filtering options would enhance workflow efficiency. Additionally, incorporating mortgage calculators, market analytics, or even a consumer-facing portal could provide a more comprehensive experience. Overall, it’s a great tool for professionals, but with a few feature upgrades, it could be even better. Looking forward to future updates!
