A big thank you to all the people from Landeed especially Nandini and Bhargav. They helped me throughout the entire process of getting khata document and then converting to ekhata as well and transferring name for bescom. I am NRI and my house is rented in Bangalore. They did everything and kept me updated at all times. They requested all the documents as needed. In the end I am happy with the entire process.

I have not used the app features extensively but I am super happy with the Landeed team overall on the support they have provided me for Karnataka property registration, khata transfer, BESCOM transfer etc. The team (that included, Ramesh, Rupa, Nitisha, Sai and especially Kalyan) was super helpful, proactive and prompt with their support in getting the work done. Proactive & continuous follow ups from Landeed gets work done without any hassles!!!
