I think this app has the potential to be a must have app on every man’s phone with a couple improvements. I think a main one I see is not being able to create your own workout plans which limits what I can do as I find it therapeutic to make my own plans then use a tracking app like gymshark to stay consistent so having an idea like that implemented into the app would be great. I also think the addiction tracker could also be improved to simply just allow you to write what you’re dealing with specifically instead of just the standard list of alcohol and drugs. But yes in conclusion this app is an amazing app for young men to develop and remain in control
