Labs Assistant

When I downloaded this app it forced me to get a subscription which costs R50/month in order to keep using the service. This makes it extremely frustrating to still have adds at the bottom of the screen. The barcode scanner is very difficult to use, you have to hold your phone at just the right angle and distance for it to work. When you scan a barcode you cannot access the file number without opening the pdf of the result.

Firstly, horrible decision to remove the box in which we could align our stickers for scanning, the new open scan is much less efficient Ever since NHLS went done - yes it’s not your fault, this app has been almost as slow as trakcare itself On top of that we now pay for the app, can’t beat capitalism, but why if i am paying for it am i still seeing the irritating advertisements on the bottom, surely the app can be faster without those, they are always there refreshing while i still wait for my results to load. DISSATISFIED

It's so refreshing to see an app in this genre that is free to use. A lot of us want the best for our state patients but the high subscription rates on other apps is a problem. The functionality is excellent. Kudos!!!
