LA Mobile

A great idea well executed, but startup speed is just too slow. Many times when I see the bus turn the corner a block away, I open the app, but it barely gets past the splash screen even as I am stepping into the bus. All other apps on my phone open with expected loading times, but this one takes 3-4x as long. If this one feature were fixed, it would get 5 stars.

The app is way better than keeping track of a card. Would be nice to be able to access tickets quickly as the current interface is very cumbersome. Takes way too long and I’ve had it crash a few times and almost leave me stranded at a bus stop trying to get it to work. The ability to see where the busses are at on a map is cool...until you realize there’s 10 busses all on the same block and they’ll not be to you for 20 minutes.

An excellent app, simple and easy to use. It does exactly what it is supposed to
