You still need to log in 3x. It will not update to the newest version. You have to keep signing in to get to it. I’ve never been sent anything coupons or sale information and I’ve been a member for years? I’ve also entered daily I’d say 20 out of 30 days a month and never one any thing in the 5 plus years I’ve been a member.

I don’t know what they did. This app used to work fine a few years ago. Now, not only can I not log on to enter any promotions, I can’t see my bill or make payments. I thought it would change after a few updates but it hasn’t. I’ve deleted the app, reinstalled etc. nothing helps. Their IT dept must really stink or maybe they don’t have one at all. In any case it’s not worth downloading this app any time soon. Extremely disappointing for a really good American company.

You need three logins to use. One for app, one for kwik pay, and one for offers. All are accessed through one app. Ridiculous! Activated offers disappear from the time you activate them in store until you get to the counter. Not the 10 minutes they say you have. You should be able to add your bank info to pay Kwik pay balances, which is way simpler than what is happening here. Offers shouldn’t have another login to use, they should be available after the first login. Developers should take a look at the Sheetz app and take notes.
