We’ve been having a horrible experience with the KVCoreMobile app and with the KV core team, and with the KV core websites and our data, we constantly see issues such as our search alerts being erased they are not going through customer support, taking a long time to understand what’s going on and to resolve issues the problems are not only with the app the problems are with managements lack of attention to detail and their ability to act fast and work for the agents that they claim to be serving. Take a look at all the previous reviews they’re all consistent. the app does not launch. How are we seeing more more people complain about the app not launching where are the app developers where are the hundreds of thousands of dollars that are being earned per month from the platform they’re not being spent on ensuring that the software works, get it together folks get your act together.
Moved my brokerage to the platform a month ago. App specific…..very limited and compared to other platforms the most frustrating issue is that there is no one click uploading a contact to your phone that competitors offer and is super helpful. Platform overall…. Beware of what the sales rep offers. The platform has its benefits however A lot of what our sales rep offered, their operations ppl couldn’t deliver on. And it’d be nice if the main person paying for the platform could have a point of contact for kvcore. Get ready to have 7 different support emails going to resolve issues. If they can’t do it, it can’t be done. The organization has a not so customer oriented mindset. Sales reps say they can integrate with 99% of the lead sources out there. Definitely NOT true. It took me weeks to have them figure out one of them. The rest are a no go. The conversion rate the sales rep tells you is light years higher than their marketing manager tells you. Literally a 12% to 2%. Not quite comparable lol. When converting to kv from another platform, the transition is NOT easy and they’re not really in it to help. You have an onboarding person but the moment she zooms with you, she’s gone. It’s you and you r 7 different support email chains. Probably the biggest challenge is uploading your contacts/leads. Larger files kv must upload for you. They’re not flexible in the order you want them imported so you get a huge mish mosh of contacts where 20 year old leads could be on top…. Then, when they upload them regardless of us you have communication consent, kv won’t let you assign activity plans to them unless you delete it and manually add them. Ridiculous. In the end, it’s a good platform and provides a lot to both new and old agent. They just leave a lot to be desired and you need to be ready to work hard to get fully up and running.
KVCORE was not easy to understand at the beginning. I did a deep dive during the pandemic to do the their tutorials and my broker resource virtual trainings. The app helps me to reach my clients and leads with content that gets into my database funnel. It’s an essential part of how I manage my business. I’m in control of my communication for social media, email, text, calls, squeeze pages and more. Once able to see clearly, the big picture makes KVCORE indispensable for growing my new real estate business.
