I am extremely disappointed with my experience using Kupibilet. I had a smart route booking with multiple connections. The first flight was delayed by more than 7 hours due to the airline, which made the entire itinerary effectively impossible to use. Instead of properly reviewing the situation or offering any reasonable solutions (such as rescheduling the trip, changing dates, or providing alternative options), customer support simply canceled the booking and processed refunds on the worst possible terms for the passenger. All subsequent flights were treated as a “voluntary cancellation”, even though the root cause was a significant delay of the first segment, which was completely outside of my control. At no point was I offered a real solution to save the trip. The company hides behind the “smart route” concept and shifts all risks to the customer when something goes wrong. Very poor customer experience. I will not use this service again and cannot recommend it to others.

I found the ticket I needed and bought it quickly enough. I paid with my bank card. No complaints, good service.

Salute to everyone! We recommend it with my husband, an excellent application. We have already made 3 purchases and there are no comments. Tickets are inexpensive, and there are plenty of options to choose from.
