Kundalini classes by Giselle Fiumara transformed my life. I was going through a very challenging time when I started Kundalini classes. After my first class I started noticing the change in the energy and even people and circumstances in my life. The exercises literally released the stagnant energy in many aspects of my life and things started flowing more effortlessly. Kundalini became part of my daily routine and in addition to having in person classes, the app made it super convenient to also practice at home or while traveling. When ever I feel down, anxious, scared, sad, no mater how challenging the moment feels, after doing even just a short breading exercises I feel empowered, joyful and aligned. I call it high on kundalini how amazing I feel! For me kundalini yoga is one of the most natural ways to transform yourself and feel good and aligned even while going through the most painful breakthroughs.
