KU Leuven Authenticator

This is the worst app ever. Basically, Authenticator is not compatible with my Ipad, IT team could not help me, and I don’t have access to my iphone. I am basically logged out, putting me at risk on not submitting my assignments on time. This is really concerning and requires immediate assistance. This app needs to be fixed, and updated, students keep being affected by this underdeveloped app. Disappointed!

There is something wrong with the app. Everytime i click on it, on my phone, it immediately clicks out and I cannot access the app

QR login is an interesting feature, but it’s silly that 3rd party authenticators aren’t supported (LastPass, 1Password, etc.). No, I seriously doubt that NextAuth’s proprietary buggy app is somehow more secure than the regularly-audited open industry standard. I guess it doesn’t matter, because we’re forced to use it anyways
