Why offer tracking if you cannot register an international address. I am glad I did not have to pay to download it.

Pretty much what everyone else said. I have a package coming in and the online tracker still shows it in Belgium despite it being day 7 of the 3-10 day delivery estimate.
Thought I’d download the app to keep a closer eye on it since delays happen, but you can’t even make an account with a US address. Why even offer tracking at that point?

If you make it so people can’t make changes to their delivery via the website, and can only do it via the app, maybe you should make the app more user friendly. Especially since your company is delivering internationally! So I downloaded it, but I can’t finalise my account. So what do I do now? Absolutely terrible.
