I’ve been using Konectbus for just over a year now and these buses are horrible. They’re old nearly always broken or flooded when it rains. When events happen they are always late (last year I waited 4 hours for the bus). Bus drivers are rude apart from 1 or 2 nice ones and the prices are just too much, the amount of money I spend on a day can get me fish and chips but instead I’m spending it on a uncomfortable bus ride being overcharged and on a rainy day flooded. Would not recommend
At last there is a site which is informative and easy to use.
The app times themselves are occasionally right, but you can never rely on them. I've been told that the bus won't be near me for another 10 minutes, go to refresh it and it says it's two minutes away. Have also been waiting at the bus stop for 15 minutes when the bus is supposedly 4 minutes away
