The shoes are lovely, just make sure to read the materials etc before buying, and I will warn now that these shoes are struggle to accommodate AFO (ankle foot orthotic) for my fellow disabled people out there. Now, the app…fix it. Or don’t make app-exclusive discounts. Or find someone else to build you an app that doesn’t kick you out when trying to view, well, anything. I have reinstalled this app several times and it does the same thing. Please, fix your app, and maybe accommodate a more diverse range of feet, then you’d be 5 star.
The shoes are great, I just bought a pair that arrived today, in great condition, however my troubles come with the app. When I go onto the app, I’ll go to look at some shoes and then the app suddenly closes itself out, and I’m thrown back to my Home Screen. The website works fine though so I’ll have to keep going there :|
Absolutely love these shoes, so comfy and stylish, when I found out they had an app I had to download it. Although I find their website easier to find my way around and currently the app won’t let you browse accessories (I know they sell them but there’s no section under categories) and there’s also no way to filter shoes (eg by shoe size or gender). Though I’m sure they’ll be able to update the app to fix these issues soon. Cannot recommend the brand enough itself, but the app needs some work.
