Karnataka Gramin Bank app is useless when it comes to customer support. Even if you raise complaints through PGRS, the staff show no responsibility or professionalism. Complaints are ignored, delayed, or closed without proper resolution. Instead of helping customers, staff behave rudely and make the process frustrating. This defeats the purpose of having a grievance redressal system. Very disappointing experience — the bank must improve transparency, accountability, and staff training immediately.

The interface is user-friendly, and all banking services are available anytime, anywhere. Excellent initiative towards digital banking! 👏

It says to send an SMS within 5 seconds and the text that has to be sent being generated by the app doesn’t navigate within 5 seconds to the messaging application which leads the failure in registration Need an urgent fix on this !!
