No pop up notifications
Hi, recently i realized there is no pop up notification when someone enter the property. i have tried all the methods the technician had instructed me to do. but it still doesn’t works. In order to see, now i have to go the keywe apps under history to see the data. Is there any other solution? kindly advise. thank you.

Please upgrade and improve
Having some issues with connecting to the gate/door , always seems to be disconnected w the Bluetooth and creating profile can be laggy at time.

Unresponsive and laggy for iPhone 11 Pro Max
Please improve on responding of the apps. The apps is not working smoothly and keeps on hang. Must have auto sync fingerprints, pin and RF cards once we registered on either 1 lock. It’s so irritating that we have to do 2 locks when both are suppose to be in sync. In app features needs to be upgraded. Allow us to adjust the volume of the system sound.
