The App stop working and there is no backup process at the shop. Nobody knows who is first or position in line. So many unhappy customers who have paid and not know what’s going on. Staff just tell customers to wait for App to work again but not given any indication how long that’s going to be. This is poor implementation with lack of planning.

This is the worst, most unreliable app I have ever used for anything ever. It’s dumb enough that I have to use an app to get a haircut, it’s absolutely bananas that I have to use one that never works. 0/10 app.

This is supposed to be a convenience 10 min haircut but the process now requires users to download the app, provide cell phone numbers, credit card information, date of birth and email information is too much security and privacy issues at stakes. As a customer I feel that I m giving away too much of my personal information without knowing what they are going to do with it, and the thought of hackers potentially hack into their system and access my information sends chill down my spine for just a haircut. The company also increases the price of the haircut by 20% due to this new technology is unreasonable.
