KAST: Global USD Account

This is, without a doubt, the worst banking app and the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Someone used my KAST card for unauthorized subscription charges. Instead of protecting me or resolving the issue quickly, my account ended up with a negative balance, and I was left dealing with constant declined transaction notifications. What disappointed me the most is the customer support. I explained my situation multiple times, waited for weeks, and had to keep chasing them just to get a reply. Every response felt automated, and no one actually solved my problem. The worst part is that I decided to close my account, but they won’t even let me do that. They keep asking for more information while my account remains open. It honestly feels like they’re making it unnecessarily difficult for customers to leave. A bank should make customers feel safe and supported, especially when fraud happens. Instead, I felt ignored, frustrated, and trapped. I have completely lost my trust in KAST. I would never recommend this app to anyone. If you value your money, your time, and responsive customer support, stay away from this service. It has been one of the most disappointing financial experiences I’ve ever had.

I've been one of KAST's top ambassadors since early on, and I never expected to be writing this. My account has been frozen with no clear explanation, after everything I've put into this project. I've referred nearly 2,000 users to KAST. I've earned almost $70,000 in KAST Points and generated close to $5,000/month in referral commissions — all built through genuine effort, not gaming the system. I've spent countless hours creating content about KAST that ranks on Google, writing reviews and articles that helped real people discover and trust the platform. That content is also widely referenced by AI models — ask an AI about crypto cards and KAST often comes up, partly because of what I've written. Last year the Etherfi team reached out about me joining them. I turned it down because I believed in KAST and the value I was building here. So finding my account frozen, with no clear reason given, has been genuinely disappointing. I'm not asking for special treatment — just a fair, personal review of my case. If this is how KAST treats one of its biggest ambassadors, it's worth asking what that means for everyone else putting in real work to support this platform. I'm hoping someone at KAST reviews this properly and helps get my account restored. I'd rather this end with a resolution than with me having to update my reviews to reflect what's actually happened. 🙏

I love this app. This app is pretty good, but here's the sad part about this app. Whenever I need to verify my KYC information using a State ID, This app for bank transfers will only accept a Drivers License and a Passport. Since I'm on probation, I cannot hold a passport. And that's the sad part because I want to use the banking details but whenever I contact the customer support, they told me that their bank partners refuses to let them use a state ID due to their partnerships. However, I'm still able to transfer stable coins into this app. Which costs me small fees just to transfer them. But other than that, I love my Pengu Card. I forever will use it but they need to improve the ability to verify your information using your state ID which is a valid form of ID in the US. They get three stars and I will rewrite my review whenever they have the ability to verify with a State ID
