Kairo: Guided Visualization

“Golf is a game that is play on a five-inch course - the distance between your ears.” -Bobby Jones I’ve been a competitive golfer since the age of 11 (now 35) and I’ve always struggled to overcome my mental demons during tournaments. With the help of Kairo, I’m able to build and rehearse tools that I can lean into during tournaments to help keep me in the right state of mind (the present). Kairo has helped me overhaul my pre shot routine and unlock strategies to keep me focused on what’s truly important.

This program has been a great asset to overcoming mental blocks through visualization. Using different forms of sport psychology and exercises, I’ve been able to strengthen my mind and become more confident in my skills. I highly recommend using this whether you are over coming an injury, having difficulty visualizing, have some blocks you want to overcome or just want to strength your mind. Very easy to follow and adaptable to whatever sport or activity you participate in.

I began using Kairo in transition from a collegiate athlete to professional tennis. After multiple visualization exercises, I found the app to be just as effective as my own coach who first taught about the power of visualization in sports. The options for different voices to listen to is very helpful and the exercises tailor to one’s needs exceptionally well. For those that can’t afford a coach for mental training in sports, Kairo works as a great option! Extremely recommend for competitive athletes of all levels looking to strengthen their mental game!
