Jurny App

Our experience wasn’t bad overall. We did have issues with the app not opening our door, then had to wait for customer service for over 25 minutes while standing in the hall to get into our room. From there, the room itself was fairly clean except for the following : the bathroom floor in the corners were dirty, the walls in the room and in the bathroom had what appeared to be dirty handprints, water streaks ( I know this happens with humidity ), a dirty QTip in the wardrobe , the shampoo , conditioner, and body wash were all basically empty , and there was hair ( not ours because I’m bald and my husbands is grey and short ) stuck in towels and in the bed. The front door was also not locking properly but appeared to be fixed when we were checking out. Lastly, the AC unit fan blew air on you all night and the pad for it wouldn’t hold it to be pointed more w the floor versus directly on you. The hotel is located in a very convenient area which also made for a better stay overall.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Jurny stay at the old Hotel Brexton in the Mount Vernon neighborhood. The location was great, street parking easy, room comfortable and cute. Self check-in was also easy. Only minor inconveniences: it would be nice to have a shelf or two hung in the bathroom to make up for the lack of counter space, and we missed having a box of tissues and some shower gel. The towels were nice, though, and very absorbent. We will stay with you again.

This app is seriously awesome. I’ve never used anything like this while traveling. What a genius idea! You handle everything directly from the app which makes it so convenient. I literally did EVERYTHING on the app from the moment I booked to the moment I left. I booked my unit on the app. I checked in using the check in instructions on the app. I unlocked my door using the lock/unlock button on the app. I connected to the WiFi using my app. I adjusted the temperature in the apartment using the app. For any questions I had, I used the app to directly chat with their representatives. I can’t get over how convenient this whole process was. This app deserves more than 5 stars. If you’re looking for a easy, quick, simple experience, this is the way to go. I honestly don’t think I can imagine traveling any other way now that I’ve experienced it this way. Can’t wait to travel with Jurny again.
