Avoid Jupiter Money Credit Card if You Travel Abroad!
Terrible experience with Jupiter Money! While they claim the app is internationally usable, it’s far from user-friendly for people abroad. I got logged out of the app while traveling and discovered there’s no other way to pay credit card bills except through the app. Customer service has been unhelpful, and I’m now stuck with no way to access or settle my bill until I return to India. This is unacceptable for a modern banking service. If you travel frequently, avoid Jupiter at all costs. I’m closing my account as soon as I get back!

Frozen App
The App on my iPhone gets frozen too many times. I had to reinstall again and again. Can’t this app be made robust? As an App it is excellent.
