The app functions well on my iPhone, but on my iPad the app display will not rotate when I rotate my iPad to landscape orientation. I use my iPad with a keyboard in landscape orientation most of the time, so I’m unable to use the JMB app when using my iPad.
This is an exceptionally terrible banking app. I’m not sure what has happened over the past few months but even when I clearly have stamped an endorsement on the back of the check it’s saying it’s not there. Whatever software they’re using to “read” the checks is faulty. Additionally the small check deposit limit ($35k/day) is increasingly not working for us. In stark contrast, I have no issues with the Chase banking app.
