Jeeny - Book Affordable Rides

I enjoyed using Jeeny, respectful drivers good cars. But at the end of my usage the application started glitching. Giving me drivers far away and giving them wrong locations and often not showing me a correct live location. And a few days ago it said driver couldn’t reach me so the driver cancelled the order, I was on my way in another car when the driver calls me and says he arrived when the application said the trip is cancelled. Then he got irritated when I said I left in another car because the application didn’t tell him anything of the situation. Then it said I had payment even though I didn’t take a ride and that was the final straw. I deleted the app and went on my trip using a different and more reliable transportation application. And this issue has happened to me 3 times on 3 separate accounts as I refuse to pay an outstanding fee when the application is at fault. Unfortunately I’ll have to use other substitutes until this issue is fixed

I was waiting on Uber today, but 15 minutes later, it has not connected me with a driver yet. I remember downloading Jeeny from a colleague’s kind suggestion just yesterday. He said they are very quick. But whoa! I didn’t expect they would connect in seconds and send a driver to pick me up after just one minute’s wait. Way to go, Jeeny! Keep up the superlative service!
