They doesn’t respond to customers, I have an issue with their captin he took the money of the trip twice cash and online and I opened a ticket with no response for more than a week also texted them on their instagram and their Whatsapp number with no response either… Plus he came with a car than the one it’s registered in the app!! They don’t care about customers,, I don’t recommend this app

Terrible app experience ! The app was hanging for the driver and he already took me to the location and I paid for the trip and the app decided to issue I cancellation fee when I never cancelled!!! Another time the driver was never picking up nor on his way for more than 15 min and when I cancel they issue a cancellation fee! Fix your app problems and stop stealing people’s money!!! No way to reach to the customer service neither through the app or the phone is disconnected !!!!
