Jackery Home

This is not the app for your generator. It does not work at all. Had me give permissions and then didn’t work. Would not pick up my generator. Once I realized that it was not for the generator itself I deleted the app and had to go back and change all my permissions. Just make sure you get the right app for your generator.

I have 3 Jackery power stations and the Jackery app is unable to locate or add any of them; and yes my Jackery power stations are all on; my phone and iPad were both next to my Jackery devices; I have blue tooth enabled on both my iPhone and iPad; my WiFi connection is strong.. your app is useless. What a waste of time.

There is no logic to how things are laid out. The absolute killer for me is I can only add/delete “Other Load Power” is by clicking on the WiFi setting on the Home Screen. Im calling it the WiFi setting because that is what it looks like but it actually just shows that the Navi 2000 is connected via WiFi. The options to restart or power down the Navi are hidden so well I can never remember the methods to get there and end up walking over to the unit itself. Awesome fun fact. If I leave my Navi on overnight I lose 10% of the charge because I’m guessing WiFi costs the unit that much power..? If I turn off the Navi I lose around 3%. I feel like the app needs a rework and the firmware needs some updating. I get the feeling that Jackery saved some money by making sure a native English speaker never reviewed the app internally.
