Ivory Gem

I love using the app, and much prefer it to the browser experience, but I CANNOT make a purchase using it!! It wants me to update my email and when I go to that section to do so, I get an error. How can I update my email if there’s a bug in your app that’s preventing me from doing this?? O love your products, but when I search for the same items using the web browser, they are not there. The same top has been available in the app for days in my size (4 left), but not on the web browser. Super frustrating that I can’t ever get what I really want! :(

I have ordered several things from this Boutique and they are awesome! Rebecca and the team are responsive and take customer requests! Literally, if you want a specific item, they will go out of the way to get it. Not only that, they are funny and have live sales so you can see the fit. I’ve only ever had one issue and it was resolved quickly :)

Ivory gem has become my new addiction! Everything I have ordered, I have loved and it’s all great quality items. The app allows you to see early releases before they hit the website and makes even that much easier to shop! I’m so glad I happened to find Ivory Gem boutique!
