The app has become stuck again and won’t load properly. Help

Hi, I generally check this App every morning and surprise(!), it gets the weather forecast right 95% of the time.... So, this information in turn helps me get dressed appropriately, organise my social life without too many disappointments and generally continue being the serious dispenser of wisdom and intelligent commentary that is the lot of the Irish Mammy. Love the App. Predictions are excellent and the graphics superb. My only small gripe is that, for the fat fingered, the play/pause button is too close to the tab buttons on the phone versions.
