Issue with every aspect of the app. 1. Otp never arrives on time while changing password or forgot password. 2. Changing of ‘to’ and ‘from’ doesn’t update and flts of default places are shown. 3. Dates of travel does not get updated and flts for current date is shown even after changing multiple times. 4. Even after multiple negative reviews the app developers/ IRCTC are reluctant to put any effort to make better the application.

The app has improved. However, recent search show oldest at top and newest at the bottom. There is no way to sort. Recent search must be sorted in descending order.

Stability need to be improved. Its been more than a year I am using this application, but app is crashing all the time. Sometimes feels like disgusting. If you guys developed the mobile app, why don’t you guys make it perfect? While making payment app crashes, for refund I have to wait more than 15 days, who will give interest for 15 days. If you guys can’t improve the app, Remove the app from iOS store. I hope this review make you understand that if you change yourself, that’s great, but if people change you, 100% it will be painful.
