I really like the convenience of purchasing an eSIM before I land in Poland however, after installing the app, it does not detect native language support for English. I think this is a missed opportunity by the developer to appeal to the tourists who don’t want to go to the Sim stores at the airport and try to figure out what the best option are. I would love to have an eSIM already installed before I land so I can start using the Internet (including the translation apps) right away

I’m American in Poland for for two months. I got your service because it was cheaper and easier than getting a whole new number… the thing is I can’t seem to find the language presence to allow me to navigate your app with ease. Please provide guidance.

Dramatycznie amatorska i niedopracowana aplikacja. Chaotyczne UI luzno inspirowane latami 80-tymi. Liczne przekierowania do stron webowych. Logowanie nie zapamietuje hasla. Trudno powiedziec cokolwiek dobrego o tej aplikacji. Ikona jest atrakcyjna wizualnie, tyle dobrego. Absolutny szczyt programistycznego partactwa. Kolejna funkcja nie dziala (pakiety internetowe). UPDATE: Kolejny problem to fakt wylaczenie cyklicznego odnawiania skutkuje wyzerowaniem pakietu danych ktory jeszcze zostal. Oczywiscie aplikacja nie komunikuje tego w zaden sposob bo po co. To zdecydowanie najgorszy produkt tego typu jaki kiedykolwiek widzialem. Czemu aplikacja jest tak bezmyslnie zaprojektowana? UPDATE2: zeby zobaczyc zaktualizowany stan danych nalezy aplikacje wylaczyc i wlaczyc ponownie. Genialne rozwiazanie! UPDATE3: znowu logowanie nie dziala, aplikacja wciaz inspirowana estetyka z lat 90 tych. Brak mi slow, jak nieprzemyslany jest proces logowania.
