I LOVE the Lookout but the app doesn’t love me I used to pay the whole yr upfront for 7 yrs now the one I paid a yr for kept put me at Basic even tho I paid for premium plus calls went unanswered to the company as well as text so I had to sign up again now I will only go Monthly just in case something goes wrong well pretty fast it went wrong it doesn’t show as the VPN anymore it’s now just a proxy so I had to go get Active Amor from att and lookout just aides the active Amor so I deleted the active amor to stay with my 1st true love Lookout but alas my love leaves me wanting now it won’t even DL right so I fear I might have to drop my 1st love I pay 9.99mo active armor is 3.99 if Lookout was still just the back for AA I’d be willing to still pay for both but now it’s actually not working at all Please Help I really want to keep Lookout I’d still like to pay a yr but I’d be really sad had I paid it all upfront and it stop working plz help me thank you Patti I still Love the app

Easy setup with a nice clean interface and the best protection covering the most critical areas. I like my privacy and it first was concerned about how much of that I was going to give up. Lookout assured me that my private life was mine and there job was to protect not invade my privacy. Lookout followed through and did exactly that plus gave me a peace of mind knowing they had my back.

As a test, I was asked to install an app known to be non-compliant with my company’s policy. After testing that our Lookout policies picked up the app and put my device in non-compliance, I removed it from the device. That was at 9:30 this morning. It is now 3 pm and the Lookout app on my phone is still indicating non-compliance. I have removed/re-pushed the Lookout app to my phone 3 times, as well as shut down the phone for 30 minutes. It still says it sees the offending app. Note: Lookout is very quick on reporting back to the management tools otherwise, it is just really, REALLY slow when it’s out of compliance.
