When you fill in all information and you get the last one, it does not let you go past your board number so you need to fix it ASAP

Can’t navigate site, now I lose access to my details on if I am in front with my rent. Has nothing of this avail since the last eat update

First glance looks ok but when I tried to fill it out it I found it contained way too text heavy for a mobile app. Some labels / option are so long-winded I felt like reading a whole essay and all required fields took ages to scroll through. I gave up and called the service centre and got my request in quickly. On the plus side I do like the handy balance search function but the rest of the app needs some trimming to make it user friendly and easy to complete and submit.
