Feed Me Online - Takeaway App

It’s good that you get take aways that maybe aren’t on just eat but the app it’s self isn’t great. Always comes up that there is a problem with connection when paying even though the screen in the background is clearly loading fine. Also tells me I haven’t placed any orders yet which is false and doesn’t let me see previous orders to easily reorder.

The options to go back a page on the top of the screen are not accessible on some phones (iPhone 14) and I have heard others. App seems to big for the screen.

Please see below for my original review of this app where I scored it one star. But I’m more than happy to change it after some great customer service. I was contacted by the app developer & asked for some further details as to why the app didn’t work for me. To their credit, they communicated consistently & have now sorted the issue. Great respect for some first class service!! Have enjoyed using this app and have found it easy to use and the discounts offered great. But all of a sudden, it is not recognising my postcode that has existed since May 2015 .... not sure if it has had an upgrade that has suddenly linked it to an old address database but at present, it is unusable for us so back to Just Eat.
