Looking for refund
I downloaded Speaker Discover expecting a functional app, but it simply doesn’t work as described. I’ve tried multiple times to get a refund through Apple, but my requests were denied — even after speaking directly with Apple Support, who said there was nothing they could do. It’s frustrating to pay for something that doesn’t function and then be stuck with it. I hope the developer takes responsibility and resolves the issues, or that Apple reconsiders how they handle refund requests for clearly non-functional apps. Until then, I’d recommend avoiding this app.
