First Federal McMinnville

First Federal I like. The app is problematic and has been for nearly a year. It does not work well on my iPad. I spent a lot of time with people in First Federal and all I got was excuses about how it’s operated by a third party vendor. At one point I was told it was because my iPad was old. I spent $400 on a new iPad and if anything it is even worse. Now it opens sideways and is impossible to use. It’s fine on my iPhone but that screen is small. So I have to use my browser to access my account. This is ridiculous. I’ve nearly moved my banking somewhere else.

I manage my accounts with ease in this sometimes complicated and stressful world. Things that flow easily and user friendly, a blessing 😌
