The app is very aesthetically pleasing, and at first I was very impressed. Only after completing my first order did I notice all of the issues, and there are plenty. - There was no price estimate at any point when I was placing my order, and I was only able to access the tab in the menu indicating prices after I placed my order. The prices are only in Hebrew, and they are categorized in a way that would have been nice to know before placing my order. - When placing the order, in the field where I explain the service that I want, it is VERY unclear what service I requested from the pricing list. I have no idea if I will get what I actually want. - The prices seem ridiculous in my opinion, if I understood the list correctly. Each item is charged individually? - I can’t edit, change, or cancel my order after placing it. - I picked the English option, and yet everything is still formatted for Hebrew (i.e. right to left) I will not be using this app again unless all of these changes are made (minus the last one, I can live with bad formatting, although not ideal).

Really love that Kvisi is back in Tel Aviv. They have made improvements in packaging and detergent. Laundry came back bright and with a great masculine smell.
