I don't normally write a review but I feel this earned one. This should not be linked to FB as login. Can you place change to email or a neutral log in? I have to keep the FB bc if not I can't use the app. I also recent had a stamp for one visit and now it's gone bc I had to delete app and re add bc it wasn't working. Can we just have stamp card then?
What’s the point of having a FB log in if you have to put in your name and password everytime you want to book an appointment. Please fix this. The App is clunky and definitely need updating
The concept is great, but I think the fact if you have to delete the app for any reason it would do away with your loyalty points doesn't make sense. It should be linked by email or something that has consistency. I also have not been able to schedule an appointment through the app.
