Jollychic- جولي شيك

The application doesn't work anymore. I'm trying to log in from past 2 months but failed. I dont know what is the reason it logged out by itself and then didnt get to log in. And I'm missing it a lot. Please fix your problems and comeback to KSA.

They are kind of slow considering the fact that they are one of the biggest online shopping company in KSA right now, but honestly they are not that bad and does the job pretty quickly when delivering but when canceling the order the app sometimes crush which is kinda suspicious and the customer service is also very bad. but nonetheless i would say that its not bad when it comes to the item that you are buying. (Edit: when i said that they are pretty quickly i take it back!! They take years to deliver your order)

This is what happen when making policy more important than Customer Satisfaction. Anyway, I have just started dealing with Jollychic with 4 times and I am not really fully aware about the return policy “my fault”. Today I am not happy with some items which I can not refund since I exceeded the period by 4 days, however, I contacted the customer service for exception since I am new customer but unfortunately my request was not approved. Frankly speaking, my expectation was high since I felt that Jollychic one of the companies which really knows what does brand management mean!
