I bought 15 items of GShock and 1 coach watch , I was impressed of the price and ordered Immediately. But when I received all the items and check it authenticity all items were fake. I was really really disappointed of what happen and Return back all the items. 20x i talk to customers service of what happened. All they said was to return back all the items. Then I return back all the items but i paid 251sr and only 24sr they return back to my account and until now i cannot get it as they want me to use it when I order items with them. Im really freaking out as really bad service they have. I even call to them so they explain what happens. The items cost almost 5k sr. And nothing good happened. They don’t even explain. The money was return back after 2 months but the payment for the courier was not return back to me it cost 251 sr as I send all receipt as they promise to pay it! But nothing happend. I email them many times.

My sister bought a nice coach bag here. It was cheaper than the other websites, so she introduced this app to me. I wanna more and more people to use this application so that we can get a lower price.

Very poor service and fraud shopping company i ordered a bag costs 93 riyal and they suggested a free item on the first shopping order and i applied for a necklace which originally costs 52 riyal but was added as a free gift however the total cost that i applied for was 93 riyal how is it possible that i pay 187 riyal for a bag that is 93 riyal how comes the shipping cost exceeds 90 riyal and they brought four socks i didn’t order and wasn’t even added in the voucher and there isn’t any contact number for the company and when i found one it was for the shipping company aramex what the hell is this company I highly don’t recommend buying from this app
