I know some people say “IT DOESNT WORK AT HOME OR AIRPLANE” the app is designed for planes that dont have on-demand screens, you have to connect to the airplane’s wifi connection for it to work. The movies are great and quality is good depending on the phone/tablet you are using. If you are traveling with LATAM you should definitely use this app.

This is a huge disappointment of an Airlines the app needs to serve better quality media and the Airlines needs to give up, because it’s pilots and aircraft sure have! Both on the way and heading home I experienced delays and cancellations contrary to the “confirmed” flight on the boards. Embarrassing

Keeps refreshing for connection, keeps disconnecting.
Latam, please invest some money to correct this, it’s creating a terrible experience for your travellers
