I like the new look of the app as well as the addition of more capabilities given to customers such as external transfers and depositing multiple checks at once via the mobile deposit.

This app is a huge improvement over the previous app Citizen’s had. The new layout let’s me see everything about my accounts in one convenient location, and the app is more secure with duo authentication. The staff at Citizen’s were also incredible with helping me get logged in for the first time and answered all my questions. I love banking with them.

Nice to be able to see transactions and balances anytime throughout the day, however, the online deposit is ridiculously slow. I’d definitely say that one thing I like better/miss about larger banks’ “mobile deposit” apps is that the money is in my account relatively quickly after submitting the photos of the check- Citizen’s 24 to go, not so much. Pretty disappointing.
