As a mover for this company I have experienced very great communication from the company and met wonderful people. If you want to get your possessions moved with reliability and efficiency you have to check out bellhops! I should warn you though time and place as well as items are a big factor in the process for making a good move, if you hire employees without putting much thought into the whole process you are likely to get allot of confusion and a worse move than if you had planned better.

Never been more annoyed working for a company then this one. As a worker of this company I can speak from experience that most of the people on the platform should not be handling your furniture. These are usually just young college students or people looking for a quick buck. They have no regard for your items and if they do it’s situational. On top of this the management and customer service is horrible. You’ll need help with something as a mover or a customer and will be on hold with someone for HOURS. Only for them to finally call you back with no type of useful information. Lastly if you’re a customer, I would highly suggest making sure you don’t hire this place if your apartment is going anywhere outside of the city you are in. And as a worker here, remember that they don’t care about your well being and deem you as expendable, had a friend go missing and told my company I couldn’t make it to a job because I was going to go find him, and they tried to permanently suspend me because they “didn’t see my messages beforehand”. Tread lightly if you’re using this company.

Do NOT use this company. Worst company ever! I had scheduled movers weeks in advance. One of the movers even called me 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time to tell me they are on their way. While one of the movers pulled up in front of my house, they stayed in their car for a few minutes then drove off. I receive a call at 14:03 (3 minutes after scheduled moving time) that the other mover isn’t able to make it and couldn’t send a replacement and the one mover that was in front of my house couldn’t come back because they had other “arrangements.” They said the next scheduled appointment would be the next day in the afternoon. I was on a tight schedule and was moving cross country. I wad screwed with no help. WORST COMPANY, DO NOT TRUST THEM TO BE THERE FOR YOUR MOVE. You could run the risk of being out of movers last minute. Im not the type of person to write reviews, but just wanted to let other people know so that they could avoid the catastrophe that happened to me.
