You need a subscription but it is well worth it! Compliments the ArcGIS Business Analyst web app well!
The best thing about this app is how intelligent it makes you look as a result of the rich data that is available through it. A real estate dream for understanding critical community information. Really nice drive time analysis capabilities. An extension of the larger desktop platform. Great for the field too! If you’re driving in a neighborhood and wonder “what’s it like here beyond aesthetic - who are these people, what do they do, how do they spend their money?, etc.”- rich with demographics and socioeconomic info!
Requires an account through their website. Couldn't actually use it so I'm not sure how good it is. Maybe include a free trial or free version?
