Update: issues #3-4 looks to be fixed with the latest update, which was turned around very quickly! Issues 1-2 still occurring. Not sure what’s happened the past ~6 months. The app used to be pretty much perfect but is now buggy. Main issues are 1. Videos will randomly start at the middle (usually just on the first loop) 2. Some videos in playlists will just randomly play in the middle. Unlike issue #1, the issue isn’t just on the first loop 3. The app seems to forget you’ve subscribed to the pro version if you leave the app while on the “playlist” tab. 4. Video folders seem buggy. I select a video and there’s a 50/50 chance the video I selected is actually what plays. It’s also annoying that it kicks you out of the folder when you select a video.

Hey Charlie, unfortunately the screen recording stops when I turn off my phone, so I’m not able to show you. I was a pro subscriber, but I had to get my money due to the incident. Turns out, it’s happening to pro, and non-pro users. If there’s anyway I can repay the same subscription using another card please let me know. I’m using an IPhone 8. After I press play on a video, I’ll turn the phone off, and then the video would automatically pause, then I would unpause it and the video would resume playing. Unfortunately, after this new update for the app, I would turn off my phone while a video is playing, and it would automatically stop playing. Videos will start playing only when the phone is on. I hope you can fix this problem for me.

I’ve had this app for a year now and it was the best I ever had for FREE. Never had to worry about adds because literally the only thing I do is loop videos and show people loops IN PERSON. After this new update I can’t do crap. First the loops are now delayed when they start which is a killer for me because most loops have to be PRECISE for music purposes and some loops just make sense without delay. Then it’s a mudslide from there. I click mirror or any type of speed for loops and it doesn’t even play, it just forces me to send to someone else rather than playing the loop itself. Then over time as of ten minutes ago it just crashes the app. On some loops mirror would make the screen freaking glitch like it’s cracked or something. And I can’t stop it unless I force it which can freeze my phone up (from past experiences with forcing stops on apps). So instead of enjoying loops for fun I now have a risk of having to crash my whole phone because this new version is so difficult to work with. I literally just bought the pro version for lifetime and yet I have LESS than the free version. I wanna keep it because now I just paid but I don’t wanna be trapped in this app because I paid and yet I can barely use it now. Please fix when you get a chance or else I’d be forced to uninstall which can hurt my music business. Idk if refunds are possible but I’d still rather keep the app. It was so fun to use. Most important thing is the delay at the start of loops. (Edit): Now it just crashes POINT PLANK every time💔. I-Phone 12 Pro Max
