They have always responded quickly for my requests.
There seems to be a lack of concern with ordinance violations in the neighborhoods in Cumberland county. I was told that there was shortages in this area, meanwhile violation such as curbside trash containers are being left at the curbside for months and months by the same people without anything being done.
App is efficient and easy to use. I’ve had to keep following up and asking for a status report on several occasions, but have found that things do usually get handled. Seem to be more responsive when there’s a photo used.
