So far, I love CUTX online banking app! User friendly; and, if I have any questions or concerns, Customer Service is just a phone call away! I love the new setup. It is easier to read and, I know that my monthly payments will always be paid by bill pay. I was a bit concerned about my recent move to Fort Worth. I am pleased to say that CUTX Remains my bank even when I moved to a new City in Texas. I have been banking with CUTX most of my adult life! As a teacher, mother etc., I’ve had personal loans, car loans, student loans, etc. CUTX has always been there for my financial needs. The app just makes it easier for my iPhone and iPad to be part of my banking needs. Thanks! Irene Wills

The new site update makes it more user friendly which is nice. Being able to link outside accounts is a good feature but it would be better if you could more easily transfer funds between the CUTX account and any linked outside accounts. I’ve also found that CUTX doesn’t link to credit reporting agencies in order to use certain features that allow you to report utilities payments. The limited number of CUTX branches only concentrated in the Dallas area makes some banking needs impossible without a long drive. The name Credit Union of TEXAS is deceiving because in no way does CUTX service Texas, only Dallas. Overall though I’ve been quite impressed with the service and professionalism.

I’ve been with CUTX for years and they’ve never gave me any problems. The mobile app is easy to use, When you make a purchase they take the money out immediately and not make you think you have a certain amount and then by Monday a lot of money has been taken out because you forgot you purchased a TV that Saturday lol anyway, It’s awesome !
