3.5 stars I like some new features such as touching the screen and having the new drop down box. But, and it’s a big deal, the biometric fingerprint option doesn’t work. And it’s not just me or my phone. My colleagues all say the same thing. Please fix … thanks

Poorly made app. When I open it, it asks me if I want to stay logged in. I have “yes” as the only option then I still have to log in. If I can’t stay logged in don’t ask me if I want to.

It mostly works and that’s where the positives end. This app is basically a port of the web interface and doesn’t do anything more. The worst part is the integrated PDF viewer for scanned documents. You cannot pinch to zoom but have to hit the tiny button for this basic function. Same goes for rotating images (how often do you get EKGs uploaded upside down?). Always easier to turn the phone/iPad. Frustrating to say the least. It’s clear the developer hasn’t talked once to medical professionals actually using this.
