We use this app to track our PT at my work. Worked great until today....I can access the desktop but when I try to login to the app it says my password and user combination needs to be checked. Tried reinstalling multiple times and even reset password multiple time but to no avail. Hopefully, the issue is resolved soon
This is the first time I have used the application and besides creating an account I have not been able to login into the app. It continues to tell me that my email and password did not match. Reseted password three times with no success. I emailed the company so hopefully it will get resolved.
Sometimes my aviator shows up with someone else’s face...weird and it doesn’t always pull up when you log in it just cycles
