This app is nice but it would be great if in my profile it would tell me what my max deadlift, squat, clean etc weight was. That way I can try to beat it and on the days when we do 70% I can quickly figure out what that is instead of scrolling back through tons of workouts to find it.
Love ITF and this app makes scheduling workouts, viewing my friends results and keeping up with my progress easy and fun! Thanks for the awesome training and easy to use app ITF!!
This is a great app that’s intuitive and well thought out in its design. It makes scheduling my workout a breeze. It’s too bad there are a few bad reviews on here by non ITF members complaining about not being able access the workouts.
